Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ngwaneso Apparel (PTY) Ltd. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 1. Time Frame for Returns

 You may return items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

 Items returned after this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

 2. Condition of Items

 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.

 We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

 3. Process for Returns

 Email info@ngwaneso.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

 Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.

 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

 4. Refunds

 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

 5. Defective or Incorrect Items

 If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

 We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely.

 1. Delivery Areas & Timelines

 We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

 Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days for major centres and 5–7 working days for outlying areas after dispatch.

 Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 2. Delivery Fees

 Standard delivery fee: R75.00.

 Free delivery for orders over R1000.00.

 Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

 3. Tracking

 You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

 Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

 4. Responsibility for Delivery

 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control, but we will assist you with tracking and follow-ups.

 Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

 5. Non-Delivery

 If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ngwaneso.co.za so we can assist.
